This is a true full-body program made for those who love to lift. LIIFT MORE pumps up the volume of strength training, mixes in calorie-burning HIIT, and ends every workout with core moves so you can build muscle, lose weight, and get that shredded body in just 8 weeks. And simplicity is still at this program’s core—no-nonsense, perfectly paced moves to help get results for everyone, whether this is your first go at strength training or you’re a seasoned lifter.

The program is broken down into 2 phases, 4 weeks each: Phase 1 helps you build strength and mass, and Phase 2 pumps up the volume and intensity with more combinations and reps to get you ripped. Joel walks you through each move to help you perfect form and maximize your results from every rep. And even though you’ll be targeting every muscle group with heavy lifting, you’ll regularly incorporate HIIT and core-focused burnouts to rev up your fat loss and enhance definition.

Who is Joel Freeman?​

Super Trainer Joel Freeman leads live classes regularly on BODi, like the popular BODi BURN CRUSH and LIIFT4 workouts. He’s also the creator of LIIFT4 and 10 Rounds, and co-creator of CORE DE FORCE.

Working for over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, he’s currently a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and behavior change specialist.

Joel is no stranger to fitness, having worked in almost every capacity within the fitness industry. He’s done it all — from running day-to-day gym operations in Olympia, Washington, to becoming a national presenter to directing Group X programming for the world-famous Gold’s Gym Los Angeles franchise.

What equipment do you need?​


  • Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells

  • Adjustable bench, to maximize the effectiveness of each move

  • Power Loops, for burnout rounds

For Filming - I personally used weights from 5lb - 52.5lbs, ranging for various body parts, but legs used single heavy dumbells with the most weight. For a breakdown of all fitness equipment I personally used - go HERE


My fiance and I were asked to be one of 40 other bodcast members for the program filming, and Ive never felt so strong! After getting my gut health in check, I was ready for MORE.

We had some amazing results not just physically but mentally as well and can't wait to coach you through the next round as we do this together!


My focus since the end of last year has not been focused on the scale or a size, but one that I FEEL good and STRONG, and so far this has been my fav transformation of all! 

One thing I’ve learned over the years, is it doesn't stop when a “program” is over, it isn’t a 30 day or 8 week and done type thing, as life always comes in, but I have a new mindset freedom to FEEL good to go for MORE, for MYSELF!


You’ll see later, my official ‘before' photo for liift more won’t look like my after from the gut protocol, pretty close, but i followed the maintenance plan, did ALOT of traveling and living life. So while on paper, I ‘lost’ weight in the 8 week program, but i think the coolest was seeing the scale go up, but the lean go down.

My point, there really is no 'after' pic, as this journey never ends, and still so ready for more and for you all to join me, when it releases at the end of the month, but you dont have to wait, you can start now!!
